It is very important to take measurements in a bra (not on the naked body). It is desirable that the bra was on the bones and without foam.

Next, we calculate the difference between OG (chest girth) and OPG (girth under the chest).

The resulting number is the size of the cup:
10-12 cm — cup A
12-14 cm — cup B
14-16 cm — cup С
16-18 cm — cup D, etc.

Girth under the breast (OPG) is your bra volume:
58-68 cm is a volume of 70
64-74 cm is the volume of 75
66-77 cm is the volume of 80
71-82 cm is the volume of 85
77-87 cm is a volume of 90, etc.

For example,
-OPG (girth under the chest) 76 cm,
-OG (chest circumference) 92 cm.

Calculating the difference
92-76=16.
